Moussaka



4 servings

2 yellow onions
2 cloves of garlic
400g minced lamb
1 can ( 200 g) red pesto
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 jar of artichoke hearts
2 aubergines two little ones
4 potatoes
1/2 lemon
500g cherry tomatoes on twig
150 g feta cheese
cherry tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
Grate the onion (rough ) and garlic (finely ) and mix with minced lamb, pesto, cinnamon and squeezed and mashed crown hearts. Salt and pepper and mix well.
Grate eggplant and peeled potatoes coarsely, salt lightly and squeeze over the lemon .
Layer the mince and potato/aubergine in ovenproof dish, top with cherry tomatoes and the diced feta. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes and serve with green salad and maybe homemade tzaktsiki .
