MAROCCAN CHICKEN

prep 10 min, cook for 1 hour

You need:
Chicken thighs
1.5 l chicken buillon
saffron
almonds
raisins
apricots

Put all of the ingredients in a pot, bring to simmer and leave for about 1 hour, depending on the size of the chicken thighs.

Eat with couscous.
